Nauris Horsts

Nauris Horsts is a seasoned professional in project management, sales, and business development with significant experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder and CEO of Ars Ratio since June 2023, Nauris focuses on enhancing productivity and innovation. At TestDevLab, Nauris has held multiple positions since July 2018, including Senior Technical Project Manager and Head of Growth and Partnerships, contributing to the development of new products and services for clients worldwide. Prior experience includes leadership roles in sales and product management at Aerones and Eden Springs, as well as a sales representative position at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA. Nauris holds bachelor's degrees in Information Technology from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies and in Communication and Media Studies from Latvijas Universitate.
