Roman Nikolayev

Roman Nikolayev is an experienced IT Project Manager currently at TestDevLab since August 2021. With a strong background in project management and integration, Roman co-founded Eqipt and was a board member at 12.māja from August 2019 to November 2022. Previously, Roman held the position of Integrations Project Manager at Evolution, where responsibilities included coordinating integration activities and providing technical consultancy. Roman's extensive experience in network operations at Tele2 Shared Service Center entailed managing a team for 24/7 network operations, ensuring service delivery within SLA and KPI targets, and overseeing mobile and fixed network monitoring. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
