Joel Dillard, MBA, is an experienced CFO and Treasurer at Testek Solutions, with over a decade of expertise in engineered-to-order capital equipment manufacturing. They have successfully launched multiple business units, overseen large ERP implementations, and led sell-side M&A processes for private equity-owned firms. Their early career included roles in public accounting as a Corporate Tax Specialist and R&D Credit Consultant, prior to transitioning into corporate controllership where they managed finance functions and launched international subsidiaries.
