Jason Carr

Jason Carr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commissioning, start-up, and electrical engineering, currently serving as the Commissioning/Start-Up Lead at TesTex since June 2014. In this role, Jason is instrumental in completing multiple projects for Kinder Morgan’s engineering department, focusing on construction, inspection, management, commissioning, and start-up activities. Prior experience at TesTex Inc. includes leading the I&E team on the Bostco Project, overseeing the installation of large tank systems, as well as serving as an Electrical Lead during Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts. Early career highlights include significant contributions as an I&C Technician at Newtron, Inc., focusing on recovery and commissioning projects.
