Manoj Agarwal has been working in the tech industry since 2015. manoj started as the Chief Technology Officer at Reflaunt Technologies Pvt Ltd. In 2016, they moved to Pinogy Corporation as a Senior Python Developer. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Reef Technologies as a Senior Python Developer, where they developed an entire backend for an order management system, added features to a Django Channels based offline store product discovery system, architected and developed an inventory management system for an ecommerce store, and added features to the backend and frontend of an ecommerce store. In 2020, they moved to Google as a Data Ingestion Engineer, and in 2021 they joined TestGorilla as a Senior Backend Engineer.

Manoj Agarwal graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2009 with a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. manoj began their studies at the school in 2005.
