Simon Iversen

Simon Iversen has a diverse background in product management, IT project management, business and venture development, and daily operations. Simon began their career in 2007 as Manager of Daily Operations at KML Group ApS, where they were responsible for controlling and managing daily operations. In 2009, they co-founded Alpha Kapital Invest and served as CFO, responsible for evaluating investment prospects, administration of information and documentation, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting, and preparation of yearly tax-returns. In 2011, they became an Event Coordinator at Carlsberg Group, where they developed and executed mid-to-large scale events that contributed to the company's goals. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Head of Section at The Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation and Logistics Manager for ESOF2014. During this time, they were responsible for conference/festival logistics and technical production, with emphasis on project management/planning, strategy, budgeting, and evaluation. In 2014, they became the COO of Livit Ecosystem, where they were responsible for financial, operational and structural strategic planning across all entities. In 2016, they took on two roles: Product Owner at KMD and Business & Venture Development at Learn Technologies. At KMD, they were responsible for communication, documentation, metrics, data and mobile applications, and new product development projects across multiple product teams. At Learn Technologies, they were responsible for full circle development and test of business potential in VR/3D virtual training simulations for corporate training. In 2019, they became an IT Project Manager at The Danish Environmental Protection Agency. Finally, in 2020, they joined Quickorder as Product Director and Product Owner, where they were responsible for execution of the product strategy towards the product vision and ownership of the product roadmap. Currently, they are a Group Product Manager at TestGorilla.

Simon Iversen has a comprehensive education history. Simon obtained a Master of Social Sciences from Copenhagen Business School in 2012, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Università Bocconi in 2012, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Copenhagen Business School in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from San Francisco State University in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in TT38 Talent Test Consultant from Talents Unlimited in 2021, CSM - Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2018, CSPO - Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2017, and PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG-International.
