Janie Hilliard is an experienced website and usability evaluator with a diverse background in digital testing roles. Currently serving as a website evaluator at UserTesting and a reviewer/tester at Testapic since January 2022, Janie also holds positions at Validately (now UserZoom GO) and Userfeel as a website tester and certified usability tester, respectively.
