Sophie Thomason

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Sophie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California where she earned a degree in Theatre and established the USC Musical Theatre Repertory’s inaugural dance workshop series, orchestrating and teaching the workshops herself. She’s completed marketing internships at a number of the country’s foremost theatre companies including Center Theatre Group and the New York Musical Festival, creating marketing assets that appeared on billboards in Times Square and interpreting a variety of data analytics.

She has over 8 years of teaching experience, working with children ages 2-17 in subjects ranging from math to Shakespeare to stage combat. She has taught for A-List in high school classrooms throughout New York City, having mastered all facets of the test. She is also a 1-on-1 tutor and Testive coach, working with students virtually to help them achieve their goals. She has worked with a wide range of students, including students with learning disabilities, and prides herself on her patience, flexibility, and vigor.
