Heejin Baik

Heejin Baik is a UX Research Consultant with a passion for human-centered design and accessibility. With over three years of experience, they have led end-to-end research, uncovering user needs and simplifying complex systems for organizations. Previously, Heejin served as a UX Researcher at Wisely by ADP and a Course Leader at Being Un, where they facilitated seminars focused on personal growth. Additionally, Heejin managed administrative operations at UCLA, supporting both the School of Theater, Film and Television and the Mechanical Engineering Department. They are currently undertaking research consulting for early-stage applications in education and healthcare at Griselda Labs.
