Jeffery Juma is a seasoned Quality Assurance Tester with extensive experience in software testing across multiple platforms. Currently working at Testlio since January 2023, Jeffery’s role involves reviewing system specifications and executing manual test cases to identify defects. Prior to this, Jeffery was engaged with uTest and test IO from January 2020 to August 2024, performing quality assurance testing in areas such as exploratory testing, usability testing, and functional testing for applications and websites. Jeffery also served as a Short-term Technical Research Assistant at Agricom Consultancy Ltd. from January 2016 to November 2017, focusing on data collection, entry, and analysis. Jeffery holds a degree in Soil, Environmental and Land Use Management from Egerton University, obtained in 2017.
