Dror Elad has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Dror is currently the Founder & CEO of Provengo (previously Testory) since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Dragontail Systems from July 2018 to February 2020, where they played a key role in revolutionizing QSR management and delivery operations worldwide. Dror also served as Global Sales & Business Operations at Amdocs from February 2014 to February 2018, where they drove strategic planning and global alignment of sales activities. Before that, they held various roles, including VP of Business Solutions at Ness Technologies, VP of Business Development at Globalconn Business Development, Director of Corporate Integration at CA, and Sr. Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Dror started their career as a Financial Advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Defense and later served as an Air Traffic Controller in the IDF - Israeli Defense Forces.

Dror Elad pursued their higher education chronologically starting with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Reichman University. Dror then went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from the same institution between 1994 and 1998. Later, Dror earned an MBA in Finance & Management from NYU Stern School of Business, studying from 2002 to 2004.
