Neal Meredith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Neal began their career as an Automotive Technician at Steve's Automotive Specialists in 2007 and continued in that role for three years. In 2010, they transitioned to Vangent, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative before joining Pep Boys as a Service Writer later that year. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Wind Turbine Technician at Sky Climber, LLC. Neal then joined Brigham Young University as a Customer Service Representative from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, they worked at TestOut Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer, responsible for LMS management and integration, providing software functionality knowledge to customers, identifying and reproducing software defects, and troubleshooting.

Neal Meredith earned an associate's degree in Business and Communications from Salt Lake Community College in 2010. Following that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2018. Currently, Neal is pursuing a master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
