Scott Marchant is the Director of TestPro, a specialist software testing firm, since April 2003, focusing on Automated Load Testing, Automated Functional Testing, and automation training. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from 1998 to 2003, where responsibilities included managing Software Testing services within the Manufacturing Practice. From 1996 to 1998, Scott worked as an Account Manager at Pacific Rim Technologies, providing consulting services for Mercury Interactive software testing tools. Additionally, from 1993 to 1996, Scott held the position of Account Manager at Mercury Interactive, being one of the early employees in Australia and engaging in both account management and technical consulting. Academically, Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from RMIT University, completed between 1988 and 1991.
