James Pitts

James Pitts has extensive experience in various roles related to operating and advising technology companies. James has worked as an Operating Partner at Knack, Superna, Resurgens Technology Partners, and GitKraken, where they guided product strategy, implemented new methodologies and processes, and expanded teams. Prior to that, they served as an Operating Advisor at Lansweeper and as a Freelance Advisor & Consultant, helping companies improve R&D practices and providing expertise on M&A, architecture, design, and resources. Additionally, James Pitts has a background as a CTO and Founder of TestQuality, where they developed a seed-funded software product. James also held multiple roles at Embarcadero Technologies, including CTO and VP of Software Development and Program Management, where they led R&D efforts, managed budgets, and focused on product usability and delivery. James'searly experience includes working as a Senior Framework Developer at Ivara Corporation.
