Eshwar Kishore began their career as an Intern at BMW India in 2016. Eshwar then joined BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.) as a Business Development Associate in 2018. In this role, their responsibilities included understanding students' learning challenges, scheduling meetings, and achieving weekly targets.

In 2019, Eshwar joined LeadSquared as a Sr. Sales Development Representative. Eshwar was responsible for identifying potential prospects and converting leads into clients using marketing automation and lead management tools.

Afterward, Eshwar took on the role of an Account Executive at LeadSquared in 2020. During this time, they achieved several accomplishments, including acquiring a maximum number of new businesses and logos, being recognized as the Star of the Quarter, and attaining the highest revenue. Their responsibilities included direct sales, lead generation, product demonstration, presales, negotiation, and deal closure in North America and Canada.

Currently, Eshwar is working at Testsigma as a Senior Sales Manager, beginning in 2022.

From 2014 to 2018, Eshwar Kishore attended Christ University in Bangalore, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Automobile Engineering.
