Roger Borges has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Roger'scareer began as a Senior Bilingual Consultant at CWT, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating crew change logistics, supporting national and expats employees and third parties. In 2012, they moved to Transocean as a Logistics Coordinator, responding to customer requests via telephone and email and effectively answering questions and inquiries. Roger then joined Kongsberg Maritime as a Customer Support Coordinator, working directly with management and commercial departments to brainstorm, discuss strategy and mitigate issues. In 2019, they moved to Wall Street English France as a Language Assistant, and then to Gosselin Group as an Import Export Assistant, where they supported the coordination team, liaised with clients, updated and maintained paperwork, communicated with clients, processed quotations, and assisted with the successful completion and handing over of any claims documents. In 2022, they joined TestWe as a Customer Success Manager.

Roger Borges completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at PUC Minas in Brazil. Roger then earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. More recently, they obtained a Master's degree in International Relations from Université Paris Nanterre in 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications from ETS Global (TOEIC, obtained in February 2022) and Fondation Robert de Sorbon (TCF, obtained in April 2019).
