Hein Michel has extensive experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Projektentwickler für Batteriegroßspeicher at TESVOLT AG since January 2025. Prior to this role, Hein worked at ENGIE Deutschland as a Project Developer for Wind Onshore and PV from January 2021 to June 2025, and at Tevaro GmbH as a Project Developer for Wind Onshore from September 2016 to December 2020. Hein's early career included a position as a Masters Student at Ecofys in mid-2017 and a Working Student role in Energy Sales at GDF SUEZ Energie Deutschland AG from August 2015 to August 2016. Hein holds a Master's degree in energy and resource management from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in intercultural management from EM Strasbourg Business School, supplemented by education at Technische Universität Dresden.
