Jonas Aretz

Jonas Aretz is currently the Functional Group Leader NMR at PROTEROS biostructures GmbH, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Research Scientist in Biophysics at the same company and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry between 2017 and 2022. Jonas completed a PhD at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, where they were a Scientific Employee from 2012 to 2016, and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Universität Bielefeld. They earned their Abitur from Einhard Gymnasium Aachen in 2005.
