Nancy Urner

Nancy Urner is the Operations Director at Tether. Nancy has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and staffing, with a focus on the creative industry. Nancy started their career as an Event/Marketing Coordinator for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Torch Relay. Nancy then worked as an Account Director/Senior Recruiter for Big Fish Creative Recruitment, where they successfully placed professionals in various roles including design, UI/UX design, information architecture, copywriting, and creative management. Nancy then Consultant, Senior Recruiter for WPP. In their current role as Operations Director at Tether, Nancy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

After Nancy Urner graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in communications, they became a certified triathlon coach through Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart. Nancy then went on to get their certification in communications from USA Triathlon.
