Mike Mandis

Mike Mandis is a seasoned financial executive who has empowered over 140 startups to collectively raise more than $800 million in funding. Currently serving as Co-CEO and CFO Partner at Oxygen Advisors, they provide financial leadership to several innovative companies, including Tether Ltd and Arcanum AI. Previously, Mike held CFO roles at multiple organizations, such as Optimal Workshop and The Breakthrough Company, where they implemented strategies for operational growth and improved business performance. Mike earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Otago and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
