Peter Watson

Peter Watson is the Chief Financial Officer at New Ground Capital, a position held since 2020, where they focus on financial management and strategic alignment. They began their career with the Inland Revenue NZ and have experience working in Europe, including in Scotland, Denmark, and Germany, while earning an undergraduate degree. Upon returning to New Zealand, Peter worked at Ernst Young, where they completed their Chartered Accountant qualification and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business. Currently, they serve as an Investment Manager at the Impact Enterprise Fund and as a Board Observer at Tether Ltd. Peter is also an Associate Director at the NZ Shareholders Association.
