Roger Royce has held various roles in the gaming industry since 2006. Roger began their career as a Part-Time Faculty Member at Cañada College, where they taught two evening classes per week over a 7 year period. In 2007, they took on a role as an Artist, Animator, Designer at Creativity, Inc., where they were contracted by Hasbro, Mattel, Sesame Street, Disney/Pixar, Fisher Price, Playskool and several other toy companies on 50+ SKUs over 3.5 years. In 2010, they became a Game Designer at ngmoco:/DeNA, where they ran live ops design efforts for several concurrent mobile titles over 2+ years. In 2012, they took on a role as a Senior Producer at DeNA, where they led internal and external cross-functional teams of up to 30 members and shipped 3 F2P mobile titles to iOS and Android markets. In 2017, they became a Sr. Producer at Foxglove Studios AB, where they led product and design on "Pocket Cowboys," a real-time, class-based, strategy game set in the lawless Wild West. Currently, they are a Lead Product Manager at Tether Studios.

Roger Royce graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Animation and Art.
