Grden Andre

Grden Andre has extensive experience in financial management and cost control, having worked at Tetra Pak since February 2001, progressing from Production Analyst to Plant Controller. In the current role as Plant Controller and Cluster Cost Network leader for the Americas, Grden has focused on cost concepts and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities have included supporting factory management, leading cost reduction efforts, managing financial reporting, and representing South America in global cost discussions. Grden also has a background in IT and administrative roles from earlier positions at Norske Skog and Usina do Conhecimento. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Financial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a specialization in Human Resources, and a degree in Computer Science.
