John Samir MBA, MSc, M.Eng, PMP® has extensive experience in engineering and project management across various industries, including chemicals, food production, glass manufacturing, and packaging. Beginning a career as a technical office and site engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company, John progressed to roles such as production engineer and project engineer at Cargill, overseeing mechanical equipment selection and project design for a significant sugar refinery. At Middle East Glass Manufacturing Company, John served as Group Projects Director, managing project managers and developing long-term capital expenditure plans. Subsequent roles included Technical Development Manager for XOL Automation in the MENA region and various positions at Tetra Pak, where John focused on installation, site management, and leading engineering teams on Green Field projects. As of May 2022, John holds the position of Global Expert Installation, Utilities Engineering, and Senior Project Manager for West Africa at Tetra Pak.
