Sofia Ojeda MacIas

Sofia Ojeda Macias is a Chemical Engineering and Materials Science graduate from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya, holding a Bachelor's degree and a certificate from Universidad Nacional de Quilmes. Currently serving as a Focused Improvement Printing Engineer at Tetra Pak since May 2024, Sofia has previously worked as a Quality Engineer at Formosa Plastics Corporation from October 2022 to October 2023, where significant contributions were made to process enhancement and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Laboratory Intern at HEXPOL Compounding, focusing on elastomer quality through testing and data-driven improvements, and serving as a Sustainability Laboratory Assistant at Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya, where research on geopolymers and environmental impacts was conducted.
