Entry Level Water Resources Engineer

Blake Cary is an Entry Level Water Resources Engineer at Tetra Tech, a position held since June 2025. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth (2019-2023) and a Master's in Civil Engineering from Villanova University (2023-2025).
