Catelyn Joyner

Catelyn Joyner, P.G., is a Geologist V at Tetra Tech, specializing in environmental and geotechnical drilling investigations and environmental compliance monitoring of groundwater and surface water. Catelyn received both a B.S. and an M.S. in geology from North Carolina State University, where interests in geomorphology, sedimentology, and geophysics flourished. Previous positions include Staff Geologist at Golder, where Catelyn oversaw drilling, soil and rock logging, and data analysis for geotechnical projects. Catelyn's research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences focused on geochemistry and experimental petrology, with presentations at professional conferences highlighting their work.
