Gary Koop

Gary Koop is a Principal Consultant at Tetra Tech, specializing in arctic engineering with extensive experience in geotechnical and civil projects. Since 2014, Gary has managed diverse projects, including large-scale mine site developments and geoenvironmental cleanups, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists. Previously, Gary held roles at EBA Engineering Consultants and MPA Engineering, where they developed expertise in project management and design engineering. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering, both from the University of Alberta.
