John Weber is a Homeland Security Resilience Advocate with over 38 years of experience in public safety and emergency management for both private and governmental agencies. They served 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they played a crucial role in responding to maritime emergencies and implementing the Incident Command System. Currently, as Vice President of Disaster Resilience at Tetra Tech, Weber leads initiatives in the Southeast U.S. and previously expanded homeland security portfolios at ICF International. They also hold a BS in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an MPA in Environmental Management from Florida State University.
