Mark Stalcup

Mark Stalcup is currently the Hazard Mitigation Lead Planner at Tetra Tech, specializing in disaster impact mitigation and adaptation in a changing climate. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's of Science in Meteorology and a minor in Mathematics, Mark has over a decade of experience in various roles within the meteorological and emergency management fields. Previous positions include Hazard Mitigation Specialist for the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Mitigation Planner II at Meshek & Associates, where they contributed to FEMA-approved Hazard Mitigation Plans. Passionate about building community resiliency, Mark has dedicated their career to helping at-risk communities prepare for natural hazards.
