Patrick Bigras is a highly experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and construction. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer and construction manager at Ville de Montréal since March 2019, Patrick has also held a position as a project manager and resident engineer for Tetra Tech, overseeing the Kitimat Modernization Project in British Columbia. Prior roles include working as a project engineer and quality control engineer at SNC-Lavalin and as a civil engineer at BPR-Bechtel. With over two decades of experience in the civil engineering field, Patrick brings a wealth of expertise in project execution and quality management.
