Patrick Fortin, eng. is an experienced improvement projects leader with over 24 years in operations management and continuous improvement. They have led lean transformation initiatives across more than 35 organizations, successfully managing over 50 projects. Patrick has held positions such as interim Vice-President of Operations at Morbern and Pelican International and has served as a consultant in operational excellence. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Project Manager at Tetra Tech and continue to focus on lean manufacturing and business process optimization. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
