Steve Pavlowich, PE, LEED, is the Director of A-E Services at Tetra Tech, where they have worked since 2019. With over 25 years of experience in land planning and development services, they have collaborated with various public and private clients, including numerous government agencies. Steve possesses extensive international experience in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, and has a strong background in local, state, and federal permitting. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Umass Amherst in 1993.
