Randy Elder

Randy Elder is the Director of Project Development at Tetra Tech, managing client accounts and overseeing project development for renewable and natural gas pipeline projects nationwide. With over 30 years of experience as a civil engineer, Randy has spent 27 years in project management, 6 years as an operations manager, and over a decade in client account and program management for a diverse range of energy and governmental clients. Prior to Tetra Tech, Randy served as a Client Account Manager at Kleinfelder and held positions at Columbia Gas Transmission and Weston Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included operations management and project oversight. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
