Stephen Maxwell

Stephen Maxwell, P.G., LSRP, is a seasoned environmental professional currently serving as Client Services Manager at Tetra Tech since April 2022. Previously, Stephen was a Senior Project Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. from November 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing the environmental practice in the Philadelphia region and providing project management and technical support. Prior experience includes Project Manager/Hydrogeologist roles at CH2M HILL and ENSR, where Stephen managed extensive projects with substantial budgets and regulatory interactions. Stephen began a career in the environmental sector at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and META Environmental, Inc., focusing on hydrogeology and site management. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Geology from Wright State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University at Buffalo.
