Dan Tramte has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2013, they founded and served as the CEO and Director of 501c3 nonprofit, Score Follower. Dan managed a team of Curators and Producers to organize a music+score archive of works by contemporary composers. From 2014 to 2017, Dan worked as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University. In 2018, they joined Virginia Tech as a Creative Technologies in Music professional. Dan also worked as an Instructor at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Dan is a Solutions Engineer at Prompt.io since 2022.
Dan Tramte received their education in the field of music. Dan began their academic journey at Bowling Green State University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music between 2003 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Music at the same university from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they completed their education by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Music from the University of North Texas from 2010 to 2015.
