Kai Wang

Kai Wang is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in data engineering and team management. Since September 2015, Kai has served as Senior Engineering Manager at TetraScience, overseeing the development of multiple scrum teams, enhancing collaboration with Product Managers, and establishing data engineering and QA processes. Previously, Kai held roles as Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at TetraScience, where foundational data engineering practices were created. Prior experience includes a software engineering internship at Arista Networks, Inc., focusing on multicast protocols, and a summer internship at Hangzhou Thinktown School, where a new company website was developed. Kai holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution.
