Taylor Baldwin

Taylor Baldwin is a seasoned recruiting and operations professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and program coordination. Currently serving as a Recruiting Coordinator at TetraScience since September 2025, Taylor previously worked at Risk Strategies Company from October 2021 to September 2025 as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting national hiring efforts for approximately 800 roles annually and managing cross-functional collaboration with various departments. Prior experience at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard involved overseeing onboarding and operational processes for a large research staff, while additional roles in customer care and sales provided a foundation in client relations and operational management. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Berklee College of Music, attained in 2017.
