Jen Lee

Director, Program Management Office

Jen Lee, PMP, serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at Tevora since April 2017, leading a PMO of 15 with support from three managers. Responsibilities include providing leadership, standardizing and documenting processes, and driving efficiencies, as well as revamping training programs for new team members. Prior to this role, Jen held positions such as Manager and Associate Manager within the PMO, and Program Manager, managing various compliance and risk management programs. Jen has extensive experience in leadership as the Regional Vice President of Delta Sigma Pi, overseeing multiple collegiate and alumni chapters, and developed corporate relations at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Jen holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and has completed program management and project management certifications from the University of Washington and UC Irvine.
