Steve Giles

Steve Giles is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and vehicle design, particularly in the electric vehicle and hybrid sectors. From September 2018 to September 2023, Steve served as Principal Engineering Manager at TEVVA MOTORS LIMITED, managing the design and development of electric and hydrogen fuel cell trucks. Prior roles include Lead Engineer at TEVVA, Senior Design Engineer positions at CONTECHS and Penso Consulting Ltd, and various engineering roles at Ford Motor Company, where notable contributions included the development of hybrid EV exhaust systems and design solutions for multiple vehicle programs. Steve holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Southbank University London and a range of qualifications in engineering and automotive design.
