Phil Riman

Phil Riman is the Founder and CEO of STOX Consulting, a division of StrategOx Limited, established in October 2020, specializing in corporate strategy and transaction management services with over 25 years of experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, and venture capital. Additionally, Phil Riman serves as a Non-Executive Director and Director at Tewke since November 2021 and as a Special Adviser at White & Black Limited since July 2007, contributing to the growth of the firm into one of the UK's leading corporate and technology law practices. Phil Riman was also a Trustee and Chair of the Development Committee for ExtraCare Charitable Trust from February 2018 to March 2024, previously held a Partner position at Darbys from July 2003 to July 2007, and worked as a Legal Adviser at 3i Group plc from March 1998 to April 2003, starting with a legal career as a Solicitor at Edge Ellison. Phil Riman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from UCL and a Legal Practice Course qualification from The College of Law.
