Vadim Tim

Vadim Tim is the CEO of Tewris, where he specializes in building and running software offices for foreign customers, consulting on hiring and head hunting, building teams and business processes, and advising on software and CI/CD stack selection. He has worked with various key customers in Germany, Russia, Belgium, and China. Additionally, Vadim is currently serving as the Executive Manager at Professor Schumann GmbH., where he focuses on setting up the Russian software development department and delivering products to the market. Previously, he worked as a Technical Writer at Intel Corporation, handling business analysis, user documentation, market research, and onboarding of software tools. Vadim holds degrees in Software Development, Linguistics, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA.
