TEX Environmental is the North Texas division of Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI) — bringing over 30 years of proven expertise in land restoration and environmental contracting to the region.

We specialize in reclamation, erosion control, landscaping, retaining walls, and specialized wall systems, delivering solutions that protect land, infrastructure, and the environment across commercial, municipal, and industrial projects.

CDI has a long history of serving Texas clients. The establishment of TEX Environmental represents a deliberate investment in the region — combining the full resources, equipment, and operational depth of our Colorado headquarters with a dedicated local team that understands North Texas terrain, climate, and project demands.

Our work is built on three core principles: environmental responsibility, technical precision, and client-first service. Whether we’re stabilizing a slope, restoring disturbed land, or engineering a retaining system for a complex site, we bring the same standards that have defined CDI for over three decades.

As part of a broader family of companies that includes CDI Environmental Contractor, Nature’s Workforce, ELITE Erosion, and WaterSaver, TEX Environmental clients benefit from a depth of specialized capability rarely found in a single organization.

North Texas deserves a contractor that combines local presence with enterprise-level strength. That’s TEX Environmental.
