Adam Kropf

Adam Kropf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam started their career in 2008 as a Product Expert/Sales Manager in Training at Future Shop, where they eventually led the sales teams in multiple departments. From there, they became the Store Manager at Jump + Guelph, overseeing the launch of North America's first Apple Premium Reseller. Adam then worked as a Store Manager at Wind Mobile, responsible for launching a new location in Waterloo. After that, they joined OSL Wireless as a Store Manager, helping to launch a new Walmart Wireless location. In 2013, Adam founded and became the CEO of Splatzone Paintball, leading the business through expansion and targeting new demographics. Adam then worked as a Customer Support Representative at Systematic Rental Management before transitioning to a Product Marketing Manager role at Texada Software. Adam later became a Product Manager and eventually the Head of Product and Development at Texada Software, where they led the product, development, and quality assurance teams. Currently, Adam serves as Head of Product Management at Texada Software, overseeing the product management discipline and strategic product roadmaps.
