Josh Norman is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in the marketing and design fields. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Creative Officer at Texas Creative since February 2001, Josh leads a collaborative team of creatives, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients. Previously, in the role of Executive Vice President and Creative Director at the same company, Josh oversaw a team of print and digital designers, engaged in client strategies, and contributed to high-profile branding initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Publishing Services at Texas Lutheran University, where responsibilities included print and web design, and as a Designer for the San Antonio Express News, focusing on community relations. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Texas Lutheran University.
