Chieh-Wei (Jerry) Yang is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in validation, reliability, and optical engineering. Currently serving as a Validation Engineer at Texas Instruments since September 2021, Chieh-Wei focuses on battery gauge products, conducting hands-on testing and debugging of power management integrated circuits (PMICs), as well as developing validation plans and creating automated test sequences within a global team. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Reliability/Test Engineer at Lumentum, where Chieh-Wei optimized VCSEL test stations, and as an Optical Engineer at Enablence Technologies, supporting testing procedures for PLC products. Chieh-Wei also held positions at EMCORE Corporation, focusing on laser characterization tests and developing R&D laser test stations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
