Vikas Chola is an accomplished Application Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the MCU Application Manager for North India at Texas Instruments since May 2009. Vikas leads a team assisting customers with Texas Instruments' MCU platforms, including MSP430, C2000, TivaC, and Hercules, as well as LPRF and MDBU product ranges. Previously, Vikas held the role of Technical Lead-MCU, supporting numerous embedded customers in various applications such as e-meters and inverters. Prior experience includes working as an MCU Application Engineer at Luminary Micro/Texas Instruments, where support was provided for Cortex M3 based MCU portfolios. Vikas began the professional career at Avnet India Pvt Ltd as a Field Application Manager. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Doctor Bhim Rao Ambedkar University and Hindustan College of Science & Technology.
