Leslie Mba is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Vice President, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant General Counsel at Texas Instruments since August 2016, Leslie drives strategic initiatives within the law department and oversees critical areas such as board matters, corporate governance, and M&A. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Counsel at A. H.
