Michael Wang

Michael Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and engineering, currently serving as the Global Strategic Procurement Leader at Texas Instruments since July 2003. Wang has successfully led global teams across Asia and the U.S., with prior roles including Assembly Test Procurement Manager, where recruitment and talent development were key focuses, and Procurement Manager, overseeing diverse procurement activities and global team leadership. Earlier experience includes managing significant procurement strategies for facilities and equipment spares, as well as a foundation in financial analysis and equipment engineering. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
