Paoyei Chen

Paoyei Chen is the Global Director of Fab Materials Procurement at Texas Instruments, where they currently lead a global team of over 40 professionals managing $1B+ in procurement. With a strong background in procurement and logistics, they have successfully driven multimillion-dollar cost savings and implemented strategic initiatives throughout their career. Previously, Paoyei held various leadership roles at Texas Instruments, including Global Director of Engineering & IT Procurement and University Campus Manager. They earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, graduating summa cum laude from Arizona State University.
